Trust in our experience
Svenn's Aviation is family owned and operated by Josh Svenningsen (pilot, flight instructor, A&P mechanic, IA) and wife Jenny (STC sales, office) in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Josh has over fifteen years of experience in general aviation. He has developed/certified over twenty STCs and continues to approve desirable modifications. Josh also has knowledge in the world of rotorcraft in building our own Gold Lindy winning Safari Helicopter.
Where we came from
It all started with maintenance and restoration of Piper aircraft. Josh was taught and guided by mentors having over 40 years of experience in Piper aircraft restorations and modifications. Then Josh saw a need in the general aviation community to bring quality products and modifications to Piper aircraft. As he learned all the technicalities and tricks of the trade he developed a working relationship with the FAA to bring these modifications to the marketplace.
Purchase a STC
We have many STC's for Piper fabric aircraft ranging from lightweight battery to Lycoming 180hp STC's. We worked closely with the FAA to develop safe and beneficial modifications that a mechanic can install in your aircraft. If you have an idea for a STC, we can help you by dealing with the FAA and help get your idea certified.
