This STC installs either a Lycoming O-320 or O-360 into the PA-12/14 aircraft. The STC is for paperwork only.  We certified this STC in conjunction with Rubbert Aircraft Services. We used their cowling, engine mount, and engine baffling. Please contact Rubbert Aircraft Services at 701-847-3008 for current pricing on all of their parts and STC’s.

Both conical and dynafocal engine options are approved. Below is a list of the approved engine options:

Conical:
O-320: A1A, A1B, A2A, A2B, A2C, B1A, B1B, B2A, B2B, B2C, C1A, C1B, C2A, C2B, C2C
O-360: C1A, C1C, C1E, C1G, C2A, C2C, C2E, C4P

Dynafocal:
0-320: D1A, D1C, D1F, D2A, D2B, D2C, D3G, E1A, E1C, E1F, E1J, E2F, E3D, E3H
O-360: A1A, A1D, A1P, A2A, A2D, A2E, A4D, A4N, A4P

Any other O-320/O-360 series engine that is converted to one of the above models in accordance with Lycoming instructions is able to be used with this STC.

Applicable models are all Piper PA-12 and PA-14 aircraft.

Customers who wish to save $100, can get a discount by mailing us a check for $1500.  The website will NOT take off the discount of a $100 on your invoice, we will do that on our end when we process your order.  Please let us know if you have any questions!

**NEW** We also have MT constant speed propellers (both standard and reversing models) approved on both the O-320 and O-360 installations. The Hartzell Trailblazer is approved on the O-360 installations only. If you desire to use a constant speed propeller contact us for pricing on the Hartzell or MT propeller. The price of the propeller will include the propeller installation control kit, propeller, and the Flight Manual Supplement for specific propeller being installed. All constant speed propeller to be used with this STC must be purchased from Svenn’s Aviation LLC.
