This STC moves the seat belt mounting lugs from the seat to the floor for the front seat of a PA-18. You will have to do some minor welding to install the new mounting lugs. There is far greater strength and increased safety with having the seat belt attach to the floor instead of the main seat frame.

This STC is for paperwork only.  Applicable models are all Piper PA-18 aircraft.
